Question #7 from Mr. Lancaster's Class

How many bones were recovered? How many bones did a mastodont have?

From my location here in Florida, I can't give you an exact number, but we got both upper forelimb bones (humeri), one lower forelimb bone (ulna), one vertebra (backbone), several partial vertebra, and approximately 10 ribs.

Oh, I forgot. We also got a piece of the shoulder bone (scapula)
